We collect only what we need to run the shop: your email address to deliver your purchases and receipts, your name and message if you write to us, and your email if you join the newsletter.

Payment details are handled entirely by our encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout provider — Download Compass never sees or stores your card number.

We never sell, rent or trade your information. You may ask us to view or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@downloadcompass.store.

Every Download Compass product is a digital good licensed to you personally for use in your own business and household. You may use your tools on as many of your own devices as you like.

You may not resell, redistribute or publicly share your downloads, access links or account credentials. Each purchase includes lifetime access and free updates to the version you bought.

Our tools provide calculations, suggestions and starting points in good faith; business, pricing and dietary decisions remain yours, and we recommend confirming figures that carry legal, tax or health consequences with a qualified professional.

Because every product is delivered instantly and digitally, all sales are final once your download has been delivered.

That said, we stand behind our tools. If a file arrives damaged, a download link does not work, you were charged in error, or the product materially differs from its description, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will repair, replace or refund it.
